Design - Residential structural engineering design services are our forte. We have over 100 years of widely varied cumulative engineering experience. We use this knowledge and experience to prepare cost-effective, code compliant, and constructible designs while meeting performance and serviceability requirements. Our designs include gravity and lateral analyses for rigid or flexible diaphragm and post tensioned and foundation designs.

Structural Observations - Our field staff walks framed structures to observe the construction for compliance with the engineered design. Any observed deviations are listed in a written report and illustrated with digital photographs. Re-inspections are available to verify remedial work was completed. Builders use this service for models and/or the first production home of each plan in a new community to synchronize the Construction Team with the Design Team.

Expert Testimony - Our most experienced engineers are available for expert testimony in court, in depositions or in mediation/arbitration. We have testified on numerous occasions.
